Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition (unused/unopened)

  • In original packaging with all tags/labels attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return:

  1. Use our contact form to submit return request for approval.

  2. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions

  3. Ship items back within 15 days of approval

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must maintain original condition during return shipping

  • Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) will not be accepted, and will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items

Preorder Policy

Product cancellation and refund policy: We accept cancellation up until product released. Once the product has been shipped by Animon, we do not accept cancellation or refund of the preorder items.

If there’s any damage or concerns to the preorder item upon arrival, please contact us and we would be happy to look into it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, please see below for some examples of items that we do not accpet. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

List of items that we do not accept:

  • Clothing and apparel related, such as tops, bottoms, hats, socks, belts (since they’re placed by order).

  • Return on sale items

  • Return on gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
