  • Unfortunately Animon does not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

    Returns will be provided only for products with manufacturing defects or shipment errors.

    If the product is no longer in stock, then we may provide a refund.

    Animon does not accept used product or product that is damaged by the receiver after delivery.

  • We do not offer size exchange or return for apparel, bags, and accessories.

    We highly recommend measuring yourself using our providing sizing chart on the product page to pick out the size best suited for you.

    If you need size recommendation, please reach out to us using the form below for support help before purchasing.

  • Please contact our customer support using the form below immediately if you believe your package was lost in transit. Conditions such as deliver stuck at transit to next facility, or tracking hasn’t been updated over a week.

    Our coverage of packages only lasts until the package is marked as "DELIVERED" by the package carrier. Animon will not cover any packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier and then lost or stolen as our insurance does not cover such losses.

    2. The orders you submit must have already been fulfilled and shipped (i.e., the order is not in preorder status).

  • Based on our experience, 95% of our customers who attempted multiple times on payment but failed to go through because of mismatch billing zip code. Please double check the zip code that you entered with your payment method!

  • If your order meets our free shipping standard and it is a domestic order, please follow steps below:

    1. You’re at the checkout page and you’ve confirmed the amount met the free shipping standard, shown on the shopping cart.

    2. Enter your shipping address first, and you should see an estimate shipping quote

    3. Enter the free shipping promo code

  • Yes! As we open more frequent over the weekend for our Hayward location, you can pick up your order in our Hayward location in store during opening hours.

    Simply use the contact form to let us know that you want to pick up your order in person, and a team member will reach out to you with pickup schedule once your order is ready.

  • We ship worldwide and international shipping postage is calculated based on item’s weight and dimensions in your shopping cart. The rate is provided by shipping carrier.

    If there’re shipping quote discrepancy, we’ll contact you before fulfillment of order.

Orders in Process

  • If your order doesn’t contain preorder items, it will take us about 2 ~ 5 business days (excluding weekend and holday) to process your order! This doesn’t include shipping and delivery time.

    If your order hasn’t shipped for over 2 weeks since you placed the order, please contact us.

  • For each preorder item, estimate arrival time are specified in the product description. Your order will only ship if all preorder items have arrived in the warehouse.

    If you place multiple items with a different estimated ship date in a single order, your order will only ship if all preorder items have arrived in the warehouse.

    Customs clearance/manufacture fulfillment delay could happen, and we’re doing our best to update it accordingly on the product listing.

    If you believe that your preorder should be shipped by now and it's still on pending status, please use the contact form to contact us regarding the status.

  • We schedule shipping carrier pickup every Wednesday - Friday, if you received a shipping notification anywhere between Friday afternoon to Tuesday, your order will likely to be picked up by upcoming Wednesday.


    *There's no guarantee that we'll be able to ship your order on the same day that you place your order, even if there's a carrier pickup. All orders follow our 2 ~ 5 business days processing time.
