PC: Press Esc to open the Paimon Menu, then click Feedback  > Contact CS.
iOS / Android：Tap Paimon to bring up the menu, then tap  Feedback > Contact CS.
PS4: Press the OPTIONS button to open the Paimon Menu, then  select Feedback > Contact CS.

Suggestions
