How to Submit My Entry

1. Please create Honkai: Star Rail fan art for the theme of "Luocha." There are no requirements as to the style of the artworks (Game screenshots, photos of real people, and previously posted works are considered invalid entries).

2. Post your art on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, with both the #Luocha and #FanArtContest tags.

3. Click on the "Image" button on the "Make a post" page on the top right corner of this event to submit your artwork.

4. Please include the following information when submitting your artwork:

- Include the artwork's name as the title, and include a description in the post to help people appreciate your work even more.

- Include a link to your artwork posted on social media.

- When uploading your finished artwork, please include pictures of your work-in-progress (or drafts) to demonstrate that your entry complies with the event rules.

※ Winners must fill in their game UID and Paypal account info in the "My Information" - "Information Management" - "Honkai: Star Rail" section of HoYoLAB. If the winning Trailblazers fail to fill in or incorrectly fill in their Honkai: Star Rail UID and Paypal account info after 2023/08/08, they will be regarded as having forfeited the Stellar Jade and cash prize.

Submission Rules

● Your artwork must be a picture in JPG or PNG format and is no larger than 20 MB. Your submission must have been created recently (within the past month).

● Each Trailblazer can submit up to 3 artworks; each entry can only include 1 artwork, and the same artwork cannot be submitted again. Each Trailblazer can only win one of the prizes. The event panel will choose whichever artwork you submitted that has won the highest prize as your entry for this contest.

● When you upload your finished artwork, please include pictures of your work-in-progress (or drafts) to demonstrate that your entry complies with the event rules.

● Entries that belong to the following categories will be disqualified and deleted once confirmed.

- Not compliant with the aforementioned event rules.

- Not submitted within the submission period using the specified format on the correct event page.

- Contain material that infringes upon any third party's copyright (i.e. illegally copy or misappropriate any third party's work), trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property and legal rights (including but not limited to portrait rights and right of name).

- Contain inappropriate material that (a) promotes political, religious, racial, or gender discrimination; (b) is libelous, obscene, defamatory, or considered controversial. Contain material that damages the reputation of the Honkai: Star Rail game product and/or the organizer (including its affiliates and their products). Contain material that (a) does not belong to the Honkai: Star Rail game product; (b) violates relevant laws and regulations; (c) is against local practices, customs, and morality.

- AI-generated images, videos, and music are ineligible for the contest.

- Contain material that does not comply with the rules of the HoYoLAB platform

- Contain other materials that do not comply with the event rules

Competition Rules

● The event panel will decide on the winners of the First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Newcomer Prize based on criteria such as completion, aesthetic, creativity, and compatibility with the theme.

● The winners of the Lucky Star Prize are randomly selected from Trailblazers who submitted artwork(s) that comply with the event rules.

● If artworks that have won prizes are found to breach the event rules and are subsequently disqualified, their places will be filled by artworks that meet the event requirements.

● In the event of the event sponsor not receiving enough entries or not having enough entries that meet the event requirements, the affected prizes may have fewer winners than originally planned.

Copyright Ownership

● By successfully making an entry, the author agrees to non-exclusively, globally, permanently, and irrevocably authorize the organizer and its related companies to publicize his or her entry online and offline (including the official website, online community platforms, and offline events) with credit for free. The organizer can transfer or sublicense this right.

● Without the written consent of the organizer, contestants shall not use or permit third parties to use their entries for commercial purposes during and after the event.

Attention

1. This event is not open to Quebec (Canada) and other state or territory where events such as this are prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

2. Participants must already be legally considered as an adult in their resident state or territory when the submission is made. Alternatively, minors should only submit for the event with permission from their guardian(s).

3. If the above physical rewards cannot be issued for reasons of storage, shipping, force majeure, or uncontrollable factors, the organizer reserves the right to replace them with physical rewards of equivalent value.

4. Winners should pay taxes at the request of the individual income tax policies of their country or region of residence. Please refer to the laws, regulations, and tax policies of your country or region. Thank you for your understanding and support.

5. Editing your entries without prior notice may disqualify the said entries from winning prizes or from the event. Should you feel the absolute need to make edits, please contact honkaistarrail_events@hoyoverse.com in advance to explain the situation. If you delete the post containing your entries without giving notice, it will be interpreted that you have waived your qualification to participate in the event and for the prizes.

6. Matters not covered in the event rules are still applicable as outlined by the Honkai: Star Rail game product Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as well as the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and community rules of HoYoLAB, which have all been confirmed by participants.

7. The Rewards Pool of the event is shared between HoYoLAB users of all languages.
