▌ Downloading the Game
Q: When is the official launch of Honkai: Star Rail?
A: Honkai: Star Rail will launch on April 26th at 10:00 (UTC+8) on multiple platforms simultaneously. The official release will available on PC, Android, and iOS platforms. Later versions will also be available on PlayStation. Please refer to official announcements for details.
Q: Will there be any pre-installation? When will the pre-installation be available? How do I pre-install the game?
A: Pre-installations for PC, Android, and iOS are already available!
PC: Navigate to the official website to download the game
Android: Go to the Google Play Store and search for "Honkai: Star Rail“ to commence pre-installation

Q: Will I be able to log in to the game right after the pre-installation finishes?
A: The official servers open at 10:00 (UTC+8) on April 26. Trailblazers will be able to enter the game after the servers open.
Due to the possibility of the game having large content updates, Trailblazers need to click on the Honkai: Star Rail game app again (for PC, please click on the "Game Update" button) after completing the pre-installation to complete the update.
Q: What are the device and configuration requirements for the official version of Honkai: Star Rail?
A: Currently, the device and configurations requirements are as follows:

Q: Will I be able to select servers in-game?
A: You may choose your preferred server on PC, Android, and iOS devices on the login interface.

A: Account data between different servers is not transferable. Account data between different devices and platforms (PC, Android, iOS) in the same server is transferable.
▌ About Events and Benefits
Q: What are the rewards and events available before the official servers launch?
A: The rewards available upon server launch are as follows:
i) Pre-registration Event rewards: With 5 million pre-registrations and a total of 2.5 million social media followers achieved, Trailblazers can receive the 4-star character Serval (The Erudition: Lightning), Star Rail Pass ×20, "Trailblazer — Welcome" avatar ×1 (the avatar frame reward will be issued to Trailblazers according to the gender you chose), credit ×100,000
ii) The All-Stars Invite Web Event reward: The event reward will be determined and distributed based on the final redeemed in-game items in the event.
Q: How do I claim the rewards for these events?
A: You can access the Mail function in-game to claim these rewards via in-game mail.
▌Known Issues
Q: Cannot log in to the game. Received the error report "Login error occurred. Please try again later. Error code: 1001_2." What do I do?
A:
Fix 1: Please try shutting down third-party plugins that may have changed your DNS. Restore your DNS to default and try again.
Fix 2: Please change your Internet environment and try again.

Q: What should I do if I can't receive the verification code when logging in to the game using email?
Currently, some email service providers in certain regions are experiencing service abnormalities, resulting in some Trailblazers unable to receive the verification code when logging in to the game.
The following email service providers are known to potentially have issues with receiving login verification codes:

If you encounter the issue above, please try the following methods:
